Glimepiride 2mg & Metformin 500mg (Bilayered Tab) is a combination medication used to treat Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It works by lowering blood sugar levels through glimepiride increasing insulin release and metformin decreasing liver glucose production and improving insulin sensitivity. The bilayered tablet provides different release profiles for each medication, and it is not used for Type 1 Diabetes.

DAPAVIZ 10MG:-Dapagliflozin is a medication that treats Type 2 diabetes, which is a condition where your body can't use energy from food properly. This medication helps your kidneys remove sugar from your blood through your pee. It can also lower your risk of a heart attack, stroke or kidney disease.

The Sitagliptin (as Phosphate) 50 mg & Metformin HCl 500 mg tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults by controlling high blood sugar levels when combined with diet and exercise. Sitagliptin increases insulin release and enhances the body's insulin response, while Metformin decreases glucose production by the liver and slows glucose absorption from food. It is a prescription medicine and must be taken as directed by a healthcare provider to prevent serious diabetes complications. 

Dapaviz-M,Dapagliflozin and metformin combination is used together with proper diet and exercise to treat type 2 diabetes. It is also used to lower the risk of hospitalization for heart failure in patients with type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular (heart or blood vessel) disease or multiple cardiovascular risk factors. This medicine is also used to lower the risk of cardiovascular death, hospitalization, and urgent heart failure visit in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (the heart is weak and cannot pump enough blood to the rest of the body).

Dapagliflozin and metformin combination is also used to lower the risk of worsening of kidney disease, end stage kidney disease, cardiovascular death, and hospitalization for heart failure in patients with chronic kidney disease.
